TOP 5 BEAUTY FAVORITES FEBRUARY

Mens jeg samler kræfter efter Milano har jeg mine 5 februar favoritter klar til jer. Jeg har fundet både lidt nye og lidt gamle favoritter klar til jer, i kan læse det hele nedenfor – god fornøjelse!

english: While I try to regain some energy after Milan I have dished up my February favorites for you guys. There are some new and some old favorites, you can read all about it below. Enjoy!

1. Hermés, Elixir des Merveilles
I am difficult when it comes to perfumes and I am not really a perfume girl. BUT I have never in my life gotten so many compliments that I have gained from wearing this perfume. It is spicy and not too strong but still enough that you just want to stop to smell it again – I’m totally hooked on it and I have a feeling that exactly this one could be my signature scent, can be found here.

2. Karmameju, Age defense cleansing balm
I love to wash my face when I’m in the shower, the heat, the steam and the freedom to spill is just the way I like it! This cleansing balm from Karmameju is delicious, soft and moisturizing. It acts first as a kind of jelly and then becomes a milk on the skin and leaves one with a feeling of well-being and luxury, find it here.

3. Vitaviva, Flaxseed OMG’s
After only 2 weeks with 2 pills of flaxseed oil a day and I can already see a difference in my skin. I’ve never had bad skin but dry skin and the more I eat – the less dry it is. I am a fan! Find them here.

4. St. Ives, Apricot scrub
I’ve been using this face scrub since 2009 when I lived in the United States. I had never used any scrubs before because my skin was too sensitive but then I came across this at Walmart and have not used any other ever since. It is mild and great on the skin and it doesn’t a fortune, value for money – I like that. This scrub can only be purchased abroad unfortunately, but you are comfortable on eBay (as I am), it’s easy to get your hands on and then you can buy many at once for little money. Available here. (Psst remember to shop on eBay UK that way you avoid customs, etc.).

5. French red clay, Konjac svamp
This little sponge is amazing to cleanse your skin, I use it on my face, shoulders, neck and chest 2 – 3 times a week. It’s soothing, smoothing and super soft AND it’s vegan and cruelty free! Find here.

Mens jeg tudser rundt i Milano til det ene og det andet og ikke rigtig har tid til at blogge ind i mellem shows synes jeg lige jeg ville dele lidt med jer fra Københavns modeuge (dagbog mangler stadig, men kommer!) Under den Københavnske modeuge afholdes et smykke event der hedder The Jewellery room som er en sammensmeltning af de bedste smykke brands i branchen blandet med lækker mad, bobler og god stemning. Det er et af de events jeg personligt ser aller mest frem til hver sæson, jeg elsker at gå rundt i det smukke lokale og blive forelsket i det ene lille smykke univers efter det andet – plus de fleste af guldsmedene eller designerne er selv til stede ved eventet og det giver en helt særlig nærhed som man ellers ikke finder til “almindelige” præsentationer under modeugen. Jeg glæder mig allerede til næste gang, I kan læse mere om eventet her!

english: While I run around Milan from one show to another and don’t really have time to blog in between events, I wanted to share a little event with you from Copenhagen Fashion Week (diary is still missing, but coming!) During Copenhagen Fashion Week a jewellery event called the Jewellery room is held – it’s a fusion of the best jewellery brands in the industry mixed with delicious food, bubbles and good atmosphere. It is one of the events I personally look most forward to each season, I love to walk around in the beautiful room, and fall in love with one small jewellery universe after another – plus most of the goldsmiths or designers are present at event and it gives a special closeness that you don’t find in “regular” presentations during fashion week. Som noget nyt er danske Amust begyndt at lave fine, feminine smykker og ikke kun lækre støvler og tasker. Kollektionen er fyldt med klassikere som anker halskæder, hjerte vedhæng men også mere finurlige smykker med kvast og små yndige perlearmbånd i fine farver. Jeg har på ovenstående billeder fået lov at vise jer nogle af mine favoritter som en lille sneakpeak fra deres kollektion, i kan shoppe dem fra april – glæd jer! Enjoy!

english: As a new take, the danish shoe and bag brand Amust is trying out something new – and it seems to fit. The brand will be launching a jewellry line this April and I have been so fortunate to provide you guys a bit of a sneak peak! The jewellry line will both be modern and cute at the same time – pearl bracelets in beautiful colors, necklaces with ethnic details next to all time classics like the anchor necklace, whats not to love. Så var det tid til at vende snuden hjem ad efter en hel uge i New York til modeuge – det har været super spændende og MEGA koldt – men alt det skal i nok høre meget mere om når jeg laver et indlæg om NYFW. Mine rejse outfits er altid; behag over alt andet, med mindre jeg skal flyve en time til Berlin eller Stockholm så er det lidt lige meget men på lange flyvninger som til USA og andre steder langt væk så er jeg rimelig meget en sweatpants all the way type eller ihvertfald noget super comfy som de her helt løse lækre bukser. Altid sneakers btw! Jeg glæder mig til at dele min modeuge med jer men jeg kan se mange af jer allerede har set med på snapchat!

english: It’s time to go home after a week in New York for Fashion Week – it’s been super exciting and beyond cold – but all of this I will share with you when I make a post about NYFW. My travel outfits are always comfy above all else, unless I have to fly an hour to Berlin or Stockholm then it doesn’t really matter but on long flights like to the United States and other places far far away I am pretty much a sweatpants all the way kinda gal or at least something super comfy as here where I am wearing these great loose pants. Always sneakers btw! I am excited to share my fashion week with you but I can see many of you have already had a peak on snapchat!

BRR ITS COLD OUTSIDE

New York er en smuk by alle årstider, men jeg må indrømme at aldrig har mærket en kulde som den de har her – de berømte tunnelvinde er ubeskrivelige, man tror ikke de findes men jeg kan reportere hjem til lille Danmark med det milde vejr at det ren faktisk godt kan lade sig gøre ikke at kunne mærke sit ansigt efter kun 7 sekunder udenfor. Heldigvis har jeg pakket en masse pels og der er ikke sparet på varmen nogen steder man enten spiser eller drikker kaffe – thank god!

english: New York is a beautiful city regardless of the season, but I must admit that I’ve never felt a chill as they have here before – the famous tunnel wins are indescribable, you do not think they exist but I can report home to tiny Denmark with the mild weather that it is actually possible to feel like your face is gonna fall off after only 7 seconds outside. Luckily, I packed a lot of fur and nobody spares the heat anywhere weather you are eating or drinking coffee – thank god!
