CABIN BEAUTY

Hvordan min håndbaggage er pakket og hvad jeg husker at få med mig ombord er alfa og omega for en god flyvetur! Særligt når det kommer til beauty, jeg skal bruge nogle meget specifikke ting for at overleve lange flyture og her er nogle af mine must haves at have med ombord.

english: How my hand luggage is packed and what I remember to take with my aboard is kinda what makes or breaks the trip for me. Especially when it comes to beauty, I need some very specific items to survive a long flight – so here are my must haves aboard!

1. Hand sanitizer
Oh gosh ew! Everything in the airport and on the plane is ew, so many people touching everything that you touch all the time – I am not usually very focused on germs (my friends would actually call me quite the pig) but at the airport I am suddenly very aware of the amount of people present and therefore also the germs!

2. Dry spots
What is up with these? Why do you suddenly get a dry patch on your face, arm or leg when you are on a plane? Sometimes my chin just dries up like a raisin so I always carry a very heavy cream to get me through these situations.

3. Clean mouth
If you are on a overnight flight it can be nice to brush your teeth in the “morning”, gives you that fresh feeling.

4. Care package
Cue tips, nail file and cotton pads – this little package is a life savor! How else are you going to remove mascara dust from under your eyes or fix a broken nail – I usually find these at hotels and bring them with me or I make a little care package from home with the essentials.

5. Sleep tight
Some people just don’t get that when it gets dark in the cabin you should turn your light off too! It’s nap time partner, take a hint! A sleep mask always saves my butt and this one is to die for!

6. Kiss me quick
Maybe the cabin pressure makes your lips dry or you sit next to a cute guy but whatever the reason a good lip balm is a must, this lavender scented beauty is my forever favorite!

7. Dry clean
A greasy scalp can happen to anybody who is in and out of planes and airports so just take this little helper with you and you will be just fine, I promise.

8. Bright eyes
The only makeup I bring with me aboard is a concealer, it can fix anything from tired eyes to a sudden pimple who appeared out of the blue (you know it was that plane food).

9. Hydration central
A good hand creme is great to use after you have sanitized all the germs away! Keep you soft and smooth for the whole flight and it smells great!

10. Bag it up
Last but certainly not least of course you need a pretty little cabin makeup bag to keep your emergency kit in place.

Endnu en flyvetur er lige om hjørnet, denne gang for Sebastian og jeg. Vi rejser til Thailand på søndag i 10 dage for at tage en masse fede billeder og slikke en masse sol – vi skal for det meste opholde os på Phuket men har også nogle lækre dage at se frem til på smukke Phi Phi. Jeg glæder mig til at dele en masse pakketips, rejsetips, smukke billeder og hotel oplevelser med jer, hvis nogen af jer har været der og der er noget vi bare MÅ gøre, se eller spise så vil jeg elske at høre fra jer!

english: Another flight is around the corner, this time for Sebastian and me. We leave for Thailand on sunday for 10 days! We want to take alot of beautiful photos and soak up the sun – we are going to be located on Phuket most of the time but we also have a few days on Phi Phi to look forward to! I can’t wait to share all my packing tips, travel tips, beautiful photos and hotel experiences with you! Stængerne er kommet frem! Man må suge varmen til sig så længe det vare, foråret er altid en besynderlig ting man ved aldrig hvornår det ligepludselig begynder at sne SÅ man skal udnytte man kan have bare ben mens man faktisk kan. Mit nyeste sommer påfund er denne patchwork denim kjole fra Diesel som jeg ærligtalt er ret forelsket i, den er modig på sin helt egen måde og så er jeg vild med de vaske de har blandet, det er de bedste blå nuancer, særligt til lange lyse aftner! english: The legs are out! One has to enjoy the heat while it’s here, spring is a weird time of year, one day you are wearing a tank top and then the next it’s effin snowing! SO get them out as long as you can. My newest summer addition is this beautiful patchwork denim dress from Diesel that I am honestly quite in love with. It’s bold, but in it’s own way and I love the different blues they have used, it just creates such a perfect combo, especially for long summer nights! Sommerstrikken er et lige så stort “go-to” item for mig når solen titter frem som en god denim jakke er for andre – jeg leder altid efter lækre, tynde strikbluser i alverdens farver og denne er min nye favorit. Jeg havde den på 4 ud af 7 dage i sidste uge (noget i måske lagde mærke til på snapchat) og jeg føler mig så godt tilpas i den! Både fordi den ikke er for varm og ikke er for kold men også fordi dens look er lige mig, tilpas gennemsigtig men stadig tilpas klassisk. Bukserne bliver også en sommer favorit kan jeg mærke, de passer til høje og flade sko og så er de nemme “lige at hoppe i” – jeg er fan. Jeg glæder mig til at vise jer flere sommer outfits på bloggen!

english: A summer knit is as big of a “must have” for me during the warmer months as the perfect denim jacket is for others – I am always looking for them in various colors and this one is a new favorite of mine. Last week I wore it 4 out of 7 days (maybe something you noticed on snapchat) and I felt great in it! Both because it’s perfectly warm and perfectly cool but also because it just looks great, it’s kinda see through but in a classy way. I also have a feeling that these pants are gonna be a summer favorite as well, they fit both highs and flats and they are so easy to “hop in” and just wear – I am a big fan! I look forward to showing you more summer outfits soon!

#THEPANDORATOUR
I am wearing: Second Female top, 2nd Day culottes, Céline sunglasses, Pandora Jewelry and Adidas sneakers.

Sikke en smuk søndag, solen skinner, det er sindsygt varmt og så har jeg haft fornøjelsen af at være blevet kørt rundt i den fineste pandora cykel af en af mine bedste veninder. Jeg fangede mig selv, flere gange, i at tænke “hvor heldig har man lov at være!” I dag har jeg, sammen med Laura, hyldet mødre, bedstemødre, døtre – i det hele taget bare kvinder og det har været en vidunderlig oplevelse. Vi har kørt rundt i smukke København med en masse seje damer og skabt forvirring og spredt godt humør på vores vej! Tak til alle de dejlige mennesker som mødte op, tak til alle som vinkede til os rundt i København og tak til Pandora for en dejlig dag og et sejt event! Jeg glæder mig over at have fejret mors dag på sådan en smuk måde!

english: What a beautiful sunday, the sun is shining, it’s insanely hot and I have had the pleasure of being driven around in the nicest Pandora bike by one of my best friends! I caught my self thinking, multiple times, “how lucky can one be?” Today me and Laura have celebrated mothers, grandmothers, daughters – just amazing women in general and it has been an amazing experience. We have been biking around Copenhagen and created our share of confusion and spread the joy! Thanks to all the wonderful people who showed up, thanks to everyone who waved at us as we drove around Copenhagen and thanks to Pandora for such a nice day and a great event! It has been wonderful celebrating mothers day in such a beautiful manner.
